With years of experience and a passion for helping students reach their potential, Operation Blue Heart connects students to the realities of the world.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, education was tested like never before. Schools, students, and families faced challenges that demanded resilience, creativity, and adaptability. For us, this pivotal moment reinforced the importance of going beyond academics.
True success requires mentorship, emotional support, and opportunities that prepare students not only to overcome obstacles in the moment, but also to thrive in their future pursuits.
Today, Operation Blue Heart provides mentorship, scholarships, and financial support to ensure students have access to the resources they need to succeed. Through Blue Heart Cares, Inc., our nonprofit arm, we expand this mission by leading scholarship programs, school supply drives, and charitable partnerships that make education accessible for students from all backgrounds.
In addition, we offer professional coaching and global learning opportunities through collaborations with NGOs across Africa, South America, Asia, and the Caribbean.
Our approach combines personalized guidance, real-world experiences, and a supportive alumni network, ensuring that each student is equipped to make confident choices about their post-secondary journey.

It is my privilege to serve as the Program Director of Operation Blue Heart, where we are dedicated to preparing students for purposeful futures. Every Future Leader deserves the tools, resources, and encouragement to become a leader in their own right, and I am honored to help guide that journey.
My own path has shaped the way I approach this work. Before joining Operation Blue Heart, I was a classroom teacher, committed to supporting students both academically and personally. I was also fortunate to receive a full-ride scholarship to San José State University — an opportunity that transformed my life and gave me a deep understanding of how access, mentorship, and support can open doors that once felt out of reach.
That experience continues to inspire me to ensure that every student has the chance to discover their strengths and pursue their dreams.
At Operation Blue Heart, I am committed to building a program that empowers students not only to adapt in a changing world, but to step forward as leaders within it. Whether their path leads to higher education, skilled trades, or service across the globe, our mission is to make sure they are prepared, confident, and supported at every step.
Alongside this work, our team is proud to announce the launch of Blue Heart Cares, Inc., the nonprofit arm of Operation Blue Heart. Through Blue Heart Cares, Inc., we provide scholarships, organize school supply drives, and work closely with NGOs around the world to expand educational access and opportunity.
