Each month, we award a Opportunity Scholarship to a student who demonstrates purpose, integrity, and the desire to create positive impact in their community or field.
We believe opportunity changes everything — and even small awards can unlock bigger futures.
Blue Heart Cares Scholarships
To be eligible for the Blue Heart Cares Opportunity Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria at the time of application:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Open to both domestic and international students
Must be currently enrolled in, or planning to enroll in, one of the following accredited educational programs:
High school (junior or senior year)
College or university (associate’s, bachelor’s, or graduate programs)
Trade, technical, or vocational programs
Career certification or workforce development programs
Approved gap-year or international study programs with an educational focus
Applicants planning to enroll must intend to begin their program within one (1) year
Must demonstrate a clear educational goal, personal purpose, or commitment to growth
Must be able to receive scholarship funds through a legitimate and verifiable method, such as:
A personal bank account with an accredited financial institution, or
A school-approved or guardian-managed account accepted by the institution
Must submit one complete application per scholarship cycle
Must agree to the honesty and integrity statement included in the application
Incomplete applications, false information, or inability to securely receive funds may result in disqualification.
Blue Heart Cares, Inc. Scholarship Program Terms & Disclosures
1. Eligibility
Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements listed on this website, including age, documentation, and submission requirements. Blue Heart Cares, Inc. reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
2. Accuracy of Information
By submitting an application, the applicant certifies that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in automatic disqualification.
3. AI Usage Prohibition
All essays must be written solely by the applicant. The use of AI-generated content, paraphrasing tools, or automated writing assistance is strictly prohibited. Applications found to contain AI-generated material may be rejected at any stage, including after award selection.
4. Submission of Materials
All application materials, including essays and documents, become the property of Blue Heart Cares, Inc. and will not be returned. Applicants grant permission for their submitted materials to be reviewed by the scholarship committee.
5. Selection Process
Recipients are selected at the sole discretion of the Blue Heart Cares scholarship committee. Evaluation is based on essay quality, authenticity, alignment with the monthly theme, demonstrated need, and compliance with all program requirements.
All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
6. Award Distribution
Scholarship awards are issued directly to the recipient via the method designated by Blue Heart Cares, Inc. Awards may only be used for educational purposes, including tuition, learning materials, testing fees, supplies, tools, transportation, or other school-related expenses.
7. Right to Withhold or Revoke Awards
Blue Heart Cares, Inc. reserves the right to withhold or revoke an award if:
Eligibility requirements are not met
Application materials are found to be falsified
AI-generated content is discovered
The recipient fails to comply with any scholarship terms
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Applicant information is used only for the purpose of scholarship evaluation, administration, and reporting. Blue Heart Cares, Inc. does not sell or share applicant data with outside parties. Submitted documents may be stored securely for record-keeping purposes.
9. Non-Discrimination Policy
Blue Heart Cares, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected category. All students who meet eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply.
10. Program Modification or Cancellation
Blue Heart Cares, Inc. may modify, pause, or cancel the scholarship program at any time, subject to available funding and organizational capacity. Changes will be published on the official website.
11. No Guarantee of Award
Submission of an application does not guarantee the receipt of a scholarship. Scholarships are competitive and limited by available funding.
12. Public Recognition
By accepting an award, recipients grant Blue Heart Cares, Inc. permission to publish their name, school, and non-sensitive portions of their essay for promotional or reporting purposes, unless the recipient requests anonymity in writing.
